About us
At vidaXL Forwarding, we are proud to be the transport backbone of vidaXL’s European operations.
While the first shipments for vidaXL began back in 2008, it wasn’t until 2014 that a clear and sustainable transport strategy was developed. That year, our current Transport Director, Matthijs, was appointed to lay the groundwork for a scalable logistics approach — and TraX (part of Koeltrans) was established to manage all vidaXL transport activities across Europe.

As demand grew, so did our ambitions. In 2020, vidaXL Forwarding was officially founded as the dedicated transport entity of vidaXL. A year later, our operations team began its journey from our office in Venlo, the Netherlands.
Expanding our reach
To support our growing European transport network, we opened a second office in Bucharest, Romania, where our dedicated Transport team works from an entire office floor. This location strengthens our coordination and customer service across Eastern Europe.
